Zaakpay.com — non receipt of refund

I was trying to book a tatkal ticket to shoranur through mangala express on 24th april and the ticket was not booked and the money got deducted from account.

Noticed from irctc website they have refunded the money 25th april itself but till date i did not get the money back into my account.
