Zaakpay.com — non receipt of refund in r/o irctc failed transactions | |||
Sir, Please refer to transaction id no. [protected], vide which attempt was made to book train tkt from ndls to bksc for 01 jun 2018. However, the tkt could not be booked due to non availability of one lower berth, although the amount of rs.4325.90 (Including pg charges as applicable) was deducted from my account. Subsequently, the amount deducted from my account is reflected on irctc site as 'refunded', but the same is not credited to my account till date.
