I have tried to renew my season ticket through UTS app on 26/03/2018 using my UPI virtual id [protected]@upi for Rs.500/- (transaction id[protected] and on 02/04/2018 using phone-pe virtual id [protected]@ybl for Rs.185/-( transaction id[protected]. Both the transactions are successful and the money was debited from my bank account. But the ticket was not renewed. Both the time the UTS app shows a message like ticket not booked, the amount will be refunded to your account with in 5-6 days. When I Contact the UTS Customer Care on 05/04/2018 they send me the following replay
"Dear Customer,
On verifying your UTS mobile account, it is showing nil transaction in your recent ticket details option. That means the two transactions which you have done are failed transactions. In that case, the transacted amount if debited from your account through netbanking/UPI will reflect back within 15 days by automatic reconciliation process. "
