Zaakpay.com — not get irctc refund

PNR Number [protected] got cancelled due to cancellation of the Train. IRCTC application says the status as "Refunded", but my Bank Account is not showing Rs. 1175 credited in my account. Where does my money lies?

Please arrange the smooth transfer to my Bank Account whose Debit Card has been used while booking the abovementioned ticket.
