Zaakpay.com — payment of refund from irctc

I had tried to book a tkt on irctc through your payment gateway zaakpay pg. Transaction failed. Transaction id: [protected]
Bank refer id: [protected]
However the money has not been refunded to my bank account.
Irctc status shows that the money has been sent to zaakpay. The money should have been credited to my bank account through which it was debited.
Kindly refund my money.
