Zaakpay.com — payment of rs 3150 mentioned in below details not received.

I have booked a train tkt thru irctc and used zaakpay pg for payment on 04/04/2019 which i cancelled on 05/04/2019. And irctc refunded the amount on 06/03/2019 but it has not credited in my bank account.
