Zaakpay.com — refund from irctc yet to be received

I have not received refund for ticket i booked in irctc through zaakpay payment gateway on 24.04.2018. Refund amount has been send by irctc to zaakpay but I am yet to receive it. So please send the refund to my bank account as soon as possible. I have also attached the screenshot of my ticket details.
