I was booking my railway ticket from zaakpay gateway of kalka shatabdi from new delhi to chandigarh dated 17 jan 2019. Amount has been deducted from my account to zaakpay but not paid to railway so ticket was not booked my transaction id is [protected], the amount that is to be refunded by you is 895. I have cancelled the tickets on dated 7/2/2019 with PNR [protected] and [protected] but still I am not recceived my refund while Refund ID: [protected] and [protected]. Amount is 1095+1095 =2190
