Zaakpay.com — refund in bank not received yet

I had booked a ticket through irctc on 15.02.2018 from kgp to ypr with transaction id [protected] and made the payment through zaakpay payment gateway. I had cancelled the ticket on 03.04.2018 with cancellation id [protected]. Irctc website shows that the amount has been refunded on 05.04.2018. However, i have not received the refund in my bank account till date. Kindly process the refund.
