Zaakpay.com — refund irctc ticket booking not credited to my bank account | |||
Sir, I have tried to book my train ticket on irctc website and make payment through zaakpay, but unfortunately some error occurred and ticket is not booked but payment deducted from my account. I wait for 2-3 days for refund but the refund is not given by zaakpay at the same time irctct is saying that your payment is settled. Kindly resolve the issue.
