Zaakpay.com — refund issue if amount through irctc booking | |||
Dear sir, My name is sripad pradhan, i booked a ticket through irctc on 28 th october 2017 but unfortunately i cancelled the ticket in the same day. But still now i'm not refund my amount where as irctc had refund the amount on 30 october 2017. The refundable amount is rs. 450.00 Please look onto it and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
