Sir, i have done an irctc ticket cancellation on 15th march 2018 and the irctc website states that the amount is refunded to zkpy on 16 march 2018. When i contacted to irctc representative, they said they had already refunded my amount to my bank account.in my bank account statement refund is not credited yet.
