Zaakpay.com — refund not received 1155 rs

I booked itctc ticket on 17th feb 2018. Ticket did not go through but the amount got deducted from my bank. On checking for refund status it says refunded to zaakpay pg but i have not received it to my account. Kindly assist.

I have still not got my money back. Could some one give me the customer care number to reach Zaakpay.
The numbers mentioned in google searches do not work anymore.
