[Resolved] Zaakpay.com — refund not received yet after 23 days of transaction through irctc app via zaakpay pg gateway | |||||
I tried to book a ticket from bhubaneshwar to jabalpur from train no 01662 on 31/08/2018 for date of journey 01/08/2018 from irctc rail connect app for android. Due to unavailability of lower seat i don't get the lower seat in 3a coach but the amount of rs1545.00 was deducted from my account. The transaction id is ([protected]) and refund id is ([protected]). Please refund the amount of rs 1545 in my account as soon as possible and please try to resolve this issue asap.
