Zaakpay.com — refund of irctc waiting ticket cancelled | |
I have booked ticket on irctc through zkpy which got auto cancelled due to waiting list not cleared Irctc refunded rs 1220 for the same but i have not yet received the same in my account. Refund date is 17th nov and transaction id (Refund id) from irctc is [protected]. Original ticket was booked on 23rd oct 2017 with id [protected]. Can you please look into this.
