Zaakpay.com — refund of my failed transaction | |||
I was booking ticket on 18 of january through indian railway current reservation but somehow when i was about to finisthe booking and thought my ticketis booked it show transaction failure and my money got deducted from my account but reservation was not made. I contacted my bank they said you need to contact the third party bank because from our end payment was done instantly its pending from zaakpay So please tell me how can i get my money back, is there any procedure? I tried booking tatkal ticket on 19 jan 2019. The amount was debited from my account. But the app shows "no response from the bank end" and obviously ticket was not booked. Do I get my money back, if yes, by when.
