Dear sir i booked railway ticket through zaakpay payment gateway but ticket is not booked and the amount is debited from my bank.
Mode of payment is : net banking
Bank name: sbi
And all necessary details are as follows:

Train name : chambal express
Please refund my amount as quick as possible..
