I booked my ticket on 31 march 2018 of worth rs 1950 but as irctc policy i will get 1820. But i haven't got any single penny from irctc still waiting for their response. Can you please look in this issue on high priority and let me know your concerns. I attached the snap for your reference. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.
