Please note that, I tried to book ticket twice (on 17/98/2019 & 19/08/2019)as stated below from yesvantpur In(YPR) to Howrah(HWH) by Duronto Ex(12246) but in both the cases money (Rs 2442.78 in each case) was deducted but ticket was not booked. Request you kindly to arrange for refund of the full amount (Rs 4885.56) at the earliest please.

Sir I was paying electricity bill o[censored]HBVN through mobikwik of rs 2005 on 19 aug 2019 but after otp enter message comes payment failed and money deducted.sir I complaint Mobikwik but no result come.My mobikwik txn id-MK[protected]. I am requested you please refund my money

I have booked a Takal ticket in IRTC on 13 August first time there is a ticket cancelled due to time expired second time there is a successful transaction but money has been reduced twice in my bank account Bank Account
