I have booked rly. Ticket on 09.02.2019 through irctc. Portal i have paid through hdfc net banking due to some reason my rly ticket cancelled on 30.04.2019. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 06.05.2019 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Apr 9, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved i have canceled my train ticket but refund is not initiated in to my bank account please solve this issue as soon as possible .
because i need to book another ticket insufficient amount in my bank please provide refund amount very soon, then i can book another ticket Zaakpay.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

The bank they refunded is zaakpay pg.
after i cancelled the ticket.. Please look into the matter and kindly initiate my refund ASAP.
