I haven't received the refund amount yet in mg bank account. Booked my cancelled ticket on 15 mar through irctc app and it's been 7 days. Transaction id [protected] and cancellation id [protected]. Kindly address the issue as soon as possible. Refund amount is 625 and it reads that amount has been refunded to zaakpay pg instead of my bank account. I have already registered the same complaint with you earlier but to no avail.
