Zaakpay.com — train ticket refund not received

I boked my ticket for 22 feb 2019, the train got cancelled, and the ticket was cancelled automatically. Refund is initiated by irctc, but it i haven't received it on my side, plzz resolve the issue asap. I booked the ticket from irctc app, and paid via your gateway. I thought of it to be trustworthy, but the refund is getting delayed continuously. I hope you folks there will take this into serious consideration and take immediate actions to resolve my issue. I will be looking forward for a confirmation email. Thank you
