Dear sir/mam, I have booked my train ticket through zaakpay, and due to corona my train was cancelled on 2-may-2020, and irctc refunded train ticket on 16-may-2020 and zaakpay reference no. Zp59c110087d907 and refund amount is inr 2740 and also cancellation charge also 190 and reference no.
