Hi, I am karthik from chennai, i ordered food on 25/02/2019 in uber payment made via axis debit card, payment was debited from my account but order was not placed in uber. I received a payment message from zaak epay as "your a/c 625044 is debited with inr 80.00 on[protected]:06:54 a/c bal is inr 121.00 info: pur/zaak epayment services/mumbai/zaak epayment services/seq no 049280. I tried to call @[protected], but i couldn't able to reach any person. Further i need a solution for this. Was this information helpful? | |||

I was done the transaction but yet not get the received money..
Kindly look into this matter and repay of that much amount as soon as possible...
