Zaakpay.com — waitlisted ticket cancelled amount not yet received in bank

I had booked tatkal ticket through irctc connect app on 27-April-2018 but got Waitlisted ticket. The payment mode was by SBI netbanking through zaakpay channel. The ticket was cancelled at the same time. I waited for irctc normal wait time 3-4 day but amount was not received. Checked at irctc app the amount was refunded on 28-April-2018 but till date amount has not been credited in my bank. irctc app is now displaying the reference number of refund i.e. ZP[hidden for security]. Please help in geting return of my hard earned money.
