I had book my tickets through irctc from bangalore to patna. I have not received the refund amount yet in my bank account. Cancelled my ticket on 23.03.2018 through irctc portal. Transaction id is [protected] cancellation id is [protected] Kindly address the issue as soon as possible. Refund amount is rs 3110 and it reads that amount has been refunded to zaakpay instead of my bank account... Was this information helpful? | |||||

An amount of Rs 1070.0 deducted against IRCTC Txn ID [protected] on 31-Mar-2018 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered. SIR PLEASE REFUND MY DEDUCTED AMOUNT
