Zaakpay — I can't get my refund

I paid on iirctc for two tickets using zaakpay. I cancelled both tickets and irctc has refuned that amount on 12th march. But it has not been transferred to my account. The total refund amount was 450 rupees. The transaction id was [[protected]] and [[protected]). I want u to immediately look into it and return my refund as soon as possible.
