[Resolved]  Zaakpay Pg — irctc refund not initiated from zaakpay pg

On 3rd november i cancelled a tickt from irctc phone app..
My pnr no-[protected].
Refund id-[protected].
Refund amout-2230.
I called in irctc they said they refunded the money on 5th november.. Then i also called my bank.. They also said no credit is done till now...
The bank they refunded is zaakpay pg.
Is been 7 days after i cancelled the ticket.. Please look into the matter and kindly initiate my refund..

my pnr no. [protected] booking tkt through ur gateway tkt amt. rs. 3596.30/- debit in my a/c from 25.10.2018 i cancelled above tkt on dtd. 15/02/2019 and refund amt rs. 3015/- sent by irctc in a/c of zaakpay pg refund reference no. ZP5790DBC56788F ON DTD. 18.02.2019 still today this amount not credit in my account . pl do the needful
