Zaakpay Pg — irctc ticket cancellation, refund amount not received | |||
I had booked a ticket on irctc through zaakpay pg which was cancelled by me on 03/04/18. But the refund amount of 1510/- has not been received by now. The irctc reflects status as refunded but the amount has not been credited in my bank account. The pnr no. Of the said transaction is [protected]. Cancelled date : 04/05/2018. It was refunded by irctc in bank name zaakpay PG . But it didn't refund in my debit card
