[Resolved] Zaakpay Pg — refund not initiated | |
I cancelled irctc ticket on 3rd november.. Now from irctc they are saying they refunded my money on 5th nov.. But i didnt received the money yet.. My pnr no is-[protected].. I contacted my bank also.. They also saying no credit is done on 5th nov.. So its most likely to get stuck in zaakpay pg. They transfered money to zaakpay pg. Please initiated the refund.. Thank you.
