Zaakpay — upi transaction successful but sagepay did not credit

I wanted to add money to utc app (R wallet) using zaakpay payment gateway.
I made a upi transaction from utc app using the zaakpay payment gateway with the transaction reference number upi/[protected]/[protected]@
Icici using it. The amount was debited by zaakpay from my bank account. But the same did not reflect in rwallet. It said unsuccessful transaction. The amount remains debited to my account but no money added to rwallet.
