Dear team I booked a ticket in tatkal qota online and my ticket was not confirmed, So, it got cencelled after chart prepared, but i did not get my money beck to me. I mailed to irctc they are saying that they have processed the refundable but it didn't credit in my account. They also give me refund id. Zp8aae3042403 Transaction id.
