I cancelled my IRCTC train ticket on
20 November 2018.

TRANSACTION ID [protected]

PNR NO - [protected]

BHOPAL TO CSTM (AMRITSAR EXP.)

IRCTC portal shows Refund ID [protected] for the refund amount
Rs. 1065/-.

BANK : ZAAKPAY PG

Rs 1065/- is still not credited in my bank account as shown in the attachment. Which lies with zaakpay PG.

It has been almost 15 days from the cancellation of irctc train ticket which was done on[protected].

The amount is still pending un credited from Zaakpay PG.

It's my humble request to credit Rs 1065/- in my bank account.
