Zaakpay.com — irctc cancelled ticket refund is not submitted

I have booked the ticket for madgaon on 13th february using mobikwik but somehow the transaction failed.
But my money is deducted from my account.
I thought it will refunded in 7 days
But when i see the failed transaction status it is shown that money is refunded
And it is showing that money is refunded to the bank zaakpay pg.
So please do needful to it
