I have booked tickets oin irctc on 30th of jan 2018 through your payment gateway, after cancellation the status on irctc is showing refund whereas it hasn't been credited to my account. Refund initiated on 20-feb-2018 from irctc hasn't been credited to my account yet. Transaction id is [protected]. Please react to the complaint as soon as possible.
