[Resolved]  Zaakpay.com — money refund issue

Sir, I booked two tickets in IRCTC app. I have completed my payment also. But my reservation process was failured. But the IRCTC app showing my money was refunded into zaakpay pg bank. So how can I use that amount or how can I transfer into my bank account?I will submit my transaction details screenshot to you. Please give me the details for withdraw my money.
