[Resolved]  Zaakpay.com — not received on refund amount on account of irctc ticket cancellation

I have booked ticket from IRCTC in Tatkal Quota from Nagpur to Nasik on 20.01.2018 but due to non confirmation of ticket i have cancelled it. Even after lapse of 1 week i have not received refund amount in my bank account. You are requested to refund the amount at the earliest please.
the details of the ticket are as follows;

Refund Amount :- Rs.420/-
