Sir, myself mukesh chandra. I booked rail ticket in tatkal quota on 02/03/2018, but i got waiting then i was cancel this ticket. Transaction id - [protected], cancelation id - [protected]. Through irctc website amount was refunded on 5/03/2018 but not credit in my bank account. Sir, please resolve this problem and inform how much time taken for credit refund amount in my bank account.
