Zaakpay.com — Payment failure

Sir, I have made a payment o 510 to UTS app from your gateway amount is deducted from my account but neither is deposited to UTS app nor refunded to my bank account it has been 4 days but no response from Zaakpay my details is given below.
This payment made through mobikwik but neither mobikwik is responding nor zaakpay. it's really a harassment

I have added Rs.5000 to [protected] registered mobiwik wallet.but money got deducted from bank. Not added in wallet..

My debit card is blocked by zaakpay so I can't make payment s my card no is [protected]
