Zaakpay.com — railway ticket refund issue

Sir, i cancelled two tatkal tickets of amount rs.4020.00 on date 3rd january 2018. The amount which is to be refunded is rs. 3890.00 as per irctc site and status of refund is showing that the refund is done on 4th january 2018 and in zkpy bank but i still did not get the refund in my account now its been 5 days from refunded date still i didn't get the refund amount. So i kindly request you that process my refund as soon as possible.

After 24 hours of complaint no mail or any contact from anyone.
I have booked 2 ticke in 19 dec.throu uko bank but ticket not booked .i[protected], [protected] trasection id.rctc says refund by zkpy in 25 dec.2017.but amount not recieved in my acount.please refund my bank.
