I have booked rly. Ticket on 10.06.2018 through irctc. Portal i have paid through iob net banking. Due to some reason my rly ticketc cancelled on 11.06.2018. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 12.06.2018 through zaakpay. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c.
