I have booked by ticket on 19th nov -2018 details are as follows:

1). From thane to raichur
Date :- 23-nov-2018.
Pnr :- [protected]
Booked amount:- 360/-

2). From raichur to kalyan.
Date :- 24-nov-2018.
Pnr:- [protected]
Booked amount:- 355/-

Still haven't received the cancellation amount in my account, almost past 7 days after cancellation.

Please look in to this case as on priority.

Sir I have booked IRCTC Railways Tickets. Amount deducted from my account but not credited to IRCTC resulting my booking status pending. Transaction ID is [protected]. Amount is 2030 INR. Pls look into the matter bcz Limited bearths are available with IRCTC.
Refund of my failed irctc transaction on 06.12.2018 not credited to my account.
