Zaakpay.com — refund : payment not received | |||
I cancelled my ticket on 16/08/2018, the pnr no. Is [protected], transaction id is [protected] and the cancellation id is [protected]. I used the hdfc net banking to pay the amt. On irctc site it shows that amt 980 has been refunded to zaakpay but still i have not recieved amt in my respective bank. So please solve my problem and help me so that i can get my refund back.
