Zaakpay.com — zaakpay.com refund uts railway reservation payment failure

I have been deducted with ₹300 (As 2 different values as, ₹200 & 100) with name as purchase at zaak e-payment services on 16th september 2019. For uts rwallet recharge.
But not credited in uts app. I used google pay service fir this.
Please refund me the value.
I have never used this zaakpay eservice before.
And i clearly shows seperately they have took first 200 and next deduction as ₹100 so please look into this issue and credit back my money...
