Zaid Enterprises — Doing a shabby job and not willing to fix it at their cost

Had booked an installation service of my water purifier, where the Engineer came in on 18th August 2020, installed the Water purifier and had changed three filters and i was charged INR 4000 against installation charges and filters. The Water purifier broke down with a loud sound on 9th September 2020, when i called in the person from Zaid Enterprises said that it would cost me visit charges of INR 300. The Engineer came in, checked and found that there was water leakage from the filters which had ruined the power adapter, coil and it would cost me INR 2700. Zaid was not willling to accept the responsibility of the first Engineer doing a shabby job and said that they would repair it only if i paid 2700 and insisted on the visit charges of 300, which i had to pay. Worst company, never ever call them Water purifier servicing.
