It is a serious issue as it hampers the belief of a customer. I am not sure how many customers they are cheating everyday. When the actual complaint is raised for eureka forbes product, zaid enterprises hack all the details and call the customer by saying its a call from aqua guard services. Then they charge a heavy amount with duplicate products for this type of company consumer forum is the only option. Water purifier repair service was done confusing the customers number and huge amount was charged.uv barrel and uv lamp original price was 1290rs and they have charged 2150rs.when I called Kent service they say zaid enterprises is 3rd party and they can't file case.
