Called them for Aquaguard RO water purifier service. Technician replaced two filters, added extra filter for Rs. 4500. After his work is done water is overflowing from the top of the purifier. I registered a complaint with zaid enterprises on friday (12th). They sent a technician on 12th jan evening. The technician replaced microswitch in the purifier and did not give us a bill even after we asked for it. The technician wrote on piece of paper and said the paper is valid. It is a serious issue as it hampers the belief of a customer. I am not sure how many customers they are cheating everyday. When the actual complaint is raised for eureka forbes product, zaid enterprises hack all the details and call the customer by saying its a call from aqua guard services. I want to complaint against Zaid Enterprises which is a fraud company. I have paid 3500 for water purifier service and they have promised me that next 6 months there will be no issues but immediately after 2 hrs same problem occured. I have called 100 times but no one is ready to resolve the problem. Plz guys be careful and don't repeat my mistake....
