Had requested the services for installation, where the installation was done on august 18th, 2020, where they installed the water purifier and charged us for the candle replacement and the total bill was around 4800. The water purifier stopped working 8th september, where zaid asked us for visit charges of rs. 300 though it was 20 days since the previous service. The engineer came and identified that the power supply had gone bad and found that there was water leakage internally, which might have accounted for the power supply's damage. Now, the water leakage was there due to the improper installation and zaid enterprises does not want to take responsibility for the same and had asked for 2700 extra for the damaged parts.
