Zaid Enterprises — Local/Duplicate parts installed by Autorised Kent dealers

I had got servicing done through Zaid Enterprises ( attached bill ) in the month of May-20 when we just came out of lockdown. I remember contacting the KENT service provider and almost immediately ( before i could go through IVR ) these guys called saying that they were authorised Kent dealers and you were trying to contact them .

i assumed that the automated service was so good that just a call to the number resulted in immediate call back and went ahead with the service provider ( who you can see in the bill claims to be authorised service provided for KENT)

I ended up paying around 4, 500 for fixing the issue ( note my original KENT filter and Spun was replaced with local without our consultation)

6 months we booked service for fixing the tap and PERL INFOTECH guys were assigned, however note in this case also Zaid Enterprise got to know I had called for service and they went ahead and sent their technician. Now 2 technicians landed up in our house and the guy from PEARL Info looked at the filter and told us that this was a local/duplicate filter . To our shock when we confronted Zaid Enterprise technician who claimed the one fitted though local is better than KENT spare parts and has extended warranty.

We refused to take his version and when contacted his office, Soni [protected] told its a marketing strategy by PEARL Info and she went on to say that since you and your family have not had any health issues it is proof that its safe .

They now refuse to pick our calls though they had told they will replace it with genuine parts.

This is a clear fraud and authorised centers should not be allowed to sell their or local parts .

I want this to be escalated to the highest level and look forward for a resolution

I have also attached a bill where Pearl Infotech has given in writing the filter and other parts are duplicate
