[Resolved] Zansaar.com — Order was cancelled by zansaar and refund is not done | |||||
I had ordered a TV stand on Zanssar.com on 14th December 2015 and it was supposed to be delivered with in 14 days and later on 29th December the order was cancelled automatically and when i called they provided me information that they got a defective peice from the distributer so they had cancelled the order and refund will be done with in 3-4 days but till today refund is not initiated and when i call to customer care they are telling that they will call back after talking to accounts team and they will come back with in 2PM. They are doing the same from last 2 days. I had made the payment using Paytm wallet and according to my knowledge the amount for the cancelled order should be credited in paytm wallet within 1 hour. Thats the benefit mainly when we use the wallets for payment. Kindly help me to get my amount refund from Zansaar. in such cases companies should refund the amount with interest, so that they will think twice before they do this to their customer. Jan 5, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The issue was resolved with in 2 hours after i raised the complaint. It is really helpful and finally zansaar team contacted me instead of i keep contacting them.
I am happy with the resolution provided for my complaint.
However i have not received the interest amount for 3 weeks, which should also be given in such cases when seller cancel the order. :) | |||||

Order Date: 01 June, 2017. we have not yet received the product and zansaar customer care is not receiving our phone calls past 15 days.
